This classic tea is a great way to warm you when you feel chilled or have a sore throat.
It is also great for improving digestion when taken after a meal.

SERVES 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger
  • ¼ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of Manuka honey

Method:

Place the ginger in a mug, pour over boiling water.

Let it steep for a couple of minutes.

Add lemon juice and honey.

Drink while warm.
