Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas drained
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 2 teaspoons of tahini
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsn of olive oil
  • 2 tbsn of water
  • ½ tspn of cumin (optional)
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Mix altogether in food processor

Serve in a bowl with a dash of olive oil and sprinkle of smoky paprika
