These simple keto-friendly bounty balls are quick to make and taste just like the real thing.
MAKES 10 BALLS
Ingredients:
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 50g choppeddark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Method:
Combine desiccated coconut, coconut cream and maple syrup in a bowl.
Divide coconut mixture into 10 even balls; place on a lined tray.
Cover the tray and freeze until firm.
Meanwhile, place chopped, dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring, until melted and smooth.
Stir in coconut oil, and mix well until combined.
Dip balls, one at a time, into melted chocolate; drain off excess chocolate, and return to tray.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Store Bounty bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
TIP:
I freeze the left over Coconut Cream in 1/4 cup serves so I can use it for future batches.
