These simple keto-friendly bounty balls are quick to make and taste just like the real thing.

MAKES 10 BALLS

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut⁠
  • ¼ cup coconut cream⁠
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup⁠
  • 50g choppeddark chocolate⁠
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil⁠

Method:

Combine desiccated coconut, coconut cream and maple syrup in a bowl. ⁠

Divide coconut mixture into 10 even balls; place on a lined tray.⁠

Cover the tray and freeze until firm. ⁠

Meanwhile, place chopped, dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring, until melted and smooth. ⁠

Stir in coconut oil, and mix well until combined. ⁠

Dip balls, one at a time, into melted chocolate; drain off excess chocolate, and return to tray. ⁠

Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.⁠

Store Bounty bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator.⁠

TIP:

I freeze the left over Coconut Cream in 1/4 cup serves so I can use it for future batches.
